London officials created easy access lanes for public transport but prohibited taxi drivers to use them during the 2012 Olympics. So traffic jams now huge, London guests avoid using cars and taxi drivers gain less profit. A London taxi driver David Weeks created some kind of a hotel in his cab to make money during this busy time.
Weeks decided to turn his car into a bedroom equipped to hold two to three people, for only $75 pounds a night. He parks his car next to his house and when guests need a bathroom they knock his door.
Though the whole idea looks strange there is no lack in customers — the “hotel” is booked for several days ahead.
